Sorting

🔹 1. Simple Sorting (A to Z / Z to A)

Steps:

  1. Jis column ke data ko sort karna ho, usme kisi ek cell par click karo

  2. Data tab me jao

    • A → Z = Ascending (Small to Big / A to Z)

    • Z → A = Descending (Big to Small / Z to A)

📌 Example:

  • Names → A to Z

  • Marks → Highest to Lowest


🔹 2. Multi-Level Sorting (2 ya zyada columns)

Example:

Pehle Class, phir Marks ke according sort karna ho

Steps:

  1. Data select karo (Heading ke sath)

  2. Data tab → Sort

  3. Sort by: Class

  4. Add Level

  5. Then by: Marks

  6. OK


🔹 3. Custom Sorting (Month, Day, Rank etc.)

Example:

January, February, March… order me sort

Steps:

  1. Data select karo

  2. Data → Sort

  3. Order → Custom List

  4. Month/Day list choose karo

  5. OK


🔹 4. Sorting Numbers

  • Smallest to Largest

  • Largest to Smallest

📌 Percent, currency, date – sab same process se sort hota hai
